So there’s a lot to unpack in this 12-minute video. After getting rear-ended by another motorist in a Ford Mustang on Route 73, officers smelled marijuana emanating from New Jersey Assemblywoman Maria Rodriguez-Gregg’s Buick Enclave and proceeded to question her about it.
That’s where things get hostile and Rodriguez-Gregg goes into a profanity-laced tirade against the officers and the other driver.
No marijuana was found in her car but her attorneys are fighting against the release of test results from blood that was taken that night.
Rodriguez-Green is the first Republican hispanic woman elected to the New Jersey Assembly.
