A woman aboard a Southwest Airlines flight from Portland to Sacramento was caught on cell phone camera threatening to kill all 141 people on the plane after being caught smoking in the bathroom.
“I swear to God I will kill everybody on this f#$king plane,” the belligerent screamed at flight attendants and passengers.
“Our reports from Flight Attendants indicate a Customer violated federal laws by both smoking onboard an aircraft and by tampering with a smoke detector in an aircraft restroom,” said Southwest in a statement on the incident. “Our Crew enforced the regulation and that was followed by the passenger outburst.”
The crew was able to restrain the woman until the pan made an emergency landing in Sacramento and the woman was escorted from the plane by authorities.
There were 136 passengers and a crew of 5 Southwest employees on the flight.
