That scruffy-looking guy from the Trivago ads got a booking of a different sort after he was caught driving under the influence in his hometown of Houston,Texas.
Tim Williams was arrested Wednesday afternoon when police found him passed out behind the wheel with his foot on the brake- in a moving lane of traffic.
The gravelly-voiced actor failed the field sobriety test and agreed to have his alcohol levels screened.
According to the Houston Chronicle, Williams was ordered to undergo a mental health screening, was released on a $100 bond, and is set for an appearance in the 9th Court on April 17.
