Just because security guards are often unarmed, doesn’t mean they aren’t keeping a firm grip while on duty.
A security guard tasked to watch over an NFL football game on Sunday was caught masturbating within arm’s reach of the San Diego Chargers cheerleaders.
The video was posted to social media and shows the guard working overtime while facing the cheerleaders at Sunday’s Chargers vs Oakland Raiders game at Qualcomm Stadium.
“So clearly Elite Security nor the San Diego Chargers care that they have a masturbating security guard at the game,” one game-goer posted. “Several attempts to call both organizations with no concern for the Charger Girls, Chargers fans or kids. So yeah this happened right in front of us yesterday. WARNING INAPPROPRIATE CONTENT!”
The Chargers are aware of the incident and are currently looking into the matter with their security contractor, Elite Security.
“The Chargers, Elite Security as well as the San Diego Police Department are aware of the disturbing actions of an Elite Security staff member at Sunday’s game,” team officials told the New York Post. “We apologize to any fans who may have witnessed the incident. Elite Security is currently investigating the incident and has vowed to take immediate and appropriate action.”
The unfortunate display is being referred to as an “isolated incident” by Elite Security.
“Elite has become aware of the social media post of inappropriate actions of an Elite staff member at Qualcomm Stadium on December 18th,” according to the statement from the company. “Elite has employed thousands of people over the past 21 years, insists on the highest moral standards from our employees and regrets this isolated incident. Elite is currently investigating the incident and has no additional comment at this time.”
The San Diego Police Department are investigating the incident, claiming they were only recently made aware of the situation through the media. It is unknown at this time if the guard will face any charges.
