According to NBC4, detective Wojciech Braszczok has been found not guilty of the following charges: gang assault, attempted gang assault and first-degree assault.
He has been found guilty for the following charges: second- and third-degree assault, coercion, riot and criminal mischief in the September 2013 attack on SUV driver Alexian Lien.
