Two teenagers from Milwaukee are facing homicide charges for the 2020 rape and murder of a mentally handicapped Hmong Asian-American woman.
Kamare Lewis, 17, and Kevin Spencer, 15 each face one count of first-degree intentional homicide as party to a crime and one count of first-degree sexual assault (great bodily harm), as party to a crime in relation to the rape and murder of Ee Lee.
Lee, who was born in 1984 and suffered a mental disability, was savagely raped by the two young men before they dealt fatal blunt force trauma to her head and left her to die in a park.
Lee was later found by “bystanders,” undressed below the waist
The incident took place on the 16th September of last year, with Lee dying from her injuries three days later.

According to Fox 6 Now, a criminal complaint revealed that five or six individuals, likely all teenagers, were involved.
One of the alleged “bystanders” was later determined to have been in the park with several individuals during the rape, and was even found to have been with Spencer and Lewis at the time.
After being confronted by authorities, the “bystander” revealed that Lewis and Spencer beat had beaten Lee and forced her to have sex with them as others looked on.
Lee was beaten with a tree branch by Lewis, who was then ordered by Spencer to drag Lee’s unconscious body into a nearby body of water.
The incident was reportedly filmed on camera phone, and the video was submitted to police by the mother of the phone’s owner.
