A manhunt is underway in Detroit after gunmen opened fire on officers who were sitting in a parked vehicle Wednesday night.
The officers were in an unmarked vehicle conducting surveillance related to an armed robbery when a light colored vehicle pulled up behind the officers and opened fire.
The officers returned fire but don’t know if the suspects were hit. Neither of the officers were shot.
There were multiple suspects in the vehicle and there are reports that one suspect got away on foot.
