The Tulsa Police Department has released body cam video of a non-fatal office-involved-shooting that took place earlier this week.

According to Tulsa World, Officer Mark Capron found Donald Berry in a strip mall parking lot waving a 9mm pistol at passing motorist.

Officer Capron was the first to arrive on the scene after the department was flooded with calls from concerned people.

Officer Capron shouted at Berry multiple times to drop the gun, though Berry refused to comply.

As a second officer was preparing to engage Berry, Officer Capron fired two shots after he saw Berry chamber a round.

Berry went down immediately and the officers were able to restrain him with no further threat of violence.

Berry was treated and will survive.

He now faces multiple charges.
