A Florida Sheriff’s Office sent out some deputies to perform a routine speed enforcement operation, but the deputies quickly noticed something was off when every driver was performing the speed limit.
Turns out someone decided to tip off everyone and put a sign up saying “police ahead.”
After pulling only one driver over, the deputies decided to check out what was going on.
That’s when they found the sign leaning against a speed limit post.
The Collier County Sheriff’s Office has a good sense of humor. It posted the about the sign on their Facebook telling the person that they “got us.”
