A Texas Trooper is in hot water with his superiors after posing for a photo with Dallas Cowboys backup running back Christine Michael after pulling him over for illegal tint on his front windshield. The Trooper let Michael off without a citation after posing for the photo in front of Michael’s Bentley, according to TMZ Sports.

According to TMZ, Sergeant Lonny Haschel stated, “The trooper’s actions have been reviewed by DPS and are not consistent with department procedure.”
“Corrective action, in the form of a procedural review, will be taken. In conversations with his chain of command, the trooper realized his error in judgement and was apologetic for the incident.”

  1. How the hell is interacting with the public, in a positive manner, grounds for administrative punishment / action? Absolutely ridiculous…
