Tennessee man arrested after sprinkling cocaine on officer’s head

A Tennessee man is in jail after sprinkling cocaine on a Nashville Metro Police officer’s head on Monday night, in a desperate attempt to destroy evidence.

20-year-old Antonio Freeman was spotted by three officers while he was trying roll a blunt in the downtown area, with police reports noting that he had attempted to hide his activities when confronted.

Removing a bag of cocaine in front of the officers, he crushed the bag in his hands and sprinkled the substance over he head of Officer Ryan Caulfield.

Unamused, the officers arrested Freeman, salvaging about 2.5 grams of cocaine, a scale, rolling papers, and a pill bottle with marijuana residue.

According to the Tennessean, Freeman was charged with possession of a schedule IV drug, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence. He is due in court next month.
