Video of a fight between a Loudoun high school student and a school resource officer is making it’s round on the internet.
In the video, you can see the student take wild swings at the SRO while the deputy defends himself by punching the student in the face a number of times.
Eventually, the student tires himself out and stops.
According to NBC Washington, the student was told to report to the principal’s office. He refused and became upset. That’s when the SRO came over to try to calm him down and escort him.
That’s when the student attacked.
According to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office, the deputy was treated for injuries but is said to be ok.
The student now faces multiple charges including felony obstruction of justice and assault on an officer.
