A West Virginia man charged with sexual assault reportedly confessed his crime while being interviewed for a police job.

21-year-old Tyler Ray Price was charged with second-degree sexual assault after admitting to South Charleston Police that had filmed a sexual encounter with a woman after a night of heavy drinking.

Investigating the incident after receiving the information in late February, South Charleston Police interviewed the woman and asked if she had consented to having sex with Price. She reportedly said that she not only didn’t consent to the act, she had no knowledge of it or the fact that she was filmed, claiming she had consumed a lot of alcohol the night the incident took place.

According to WCHS, the woman reportedly did not remember the incident at all, only becoming aware of it after Price called her and told her about the video.

Price is currently being held in a regional jail on a $25,000 bond.
