An Oregonian Sheriff’s Deputy from Umatilla County accidentally tased an Oregon State Trooper in an attempt to protect him- and made up for it in a sweet way.

Trooper Mitchell Goldman, who responded to a domestic violence call last week, around the same time the UCSO deputy was arriving on the scene.

When Goldman became engaged in a hand-to-hand struggle with a male suspect, the deputy attempted to step in and deploy his Taser, hitting both lawman and suspect in one shocking shot.

Around after all was said, done, filed and processed, the guilted deputy brought Trooper Goldman a white and blue cake that read “Sorry you got tased.”

According to a post by the Oregon State Police on Facebook, Goldman has no hard feelings, saying “Getting tased is a cake walk.”
