The Florence County Sheriff’s Office says it’s deputy took appropriate actions after they encountered a ‘disorderly’ man who threatened to kill them.

According to WMBF, the man came up to the deputies on Sunday and asked for a ride while acting strangely.

The suspect, identified as Tyler Fleming, began cursing loudly at the deputies after they attempted to run his information.

A person took pictures of the deputies trying to subdue Fleming and posted them on Facebook.

Fleming is facing multiple charges.
