A Wisconsin Police Officer was lucky to escape this crash unharmed.
Despite decent road conditions, a semi-truck ran a red light and smashed into the side of this patrol car.
According to the Ashwaubenon Public Safety Facebook page, the officer was initially trapped, but was able to get free and was uninjured.
The road was shut down for just over two hours as crews cleaned up the wreckage.
Right now much of the midwest is being blanketed with snow and ice due to a winter storm.
Law enforcement agencies are using instances like this to remind everyone on the road to slow down.
