A three-time convicted drunk driver lead New Mexico State Police on a dangerous high speed chase that caused a semi to roll over last month.
According to KRQE, Adrian Madrid sped past troopers going the wrong way on a busy highway and led police on a 10-mile chase.
State police just recently released dash cam video of the chase.
At one point you could hear troopers say they believed the man was going to “kill someone.”
Troopers estimated he was going roughly 120 miles per hour.
Madrid at one point cut in front of a semi, causing it to roll over on its side.
Thankfully the driver of the semi was not harmed.
Eventually, a trooper was able to perform a pit maneuver and spin the red Camaro off the road.
Police say they found a bottle of vodka inside Madrid’s car.
Madrid is now out on bond and is on house arrest.
