Disturbing footage has been released showing the kidnapping of a 30-year-old “bikini barista” in Kent, Washington.
The video shows a man wearing gloves, a hat and a hooded sweater hop through the window and attack the woman with a knife before forcing her out of the window.
The suspect then attempted to rape the victim outside but was scared away by an approaching vehicle.
The incident occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. at the Hottie Shots Espresso stand when the suspect, described as a white male in his 30’s, 5’5″ tall with dark hair and light colored facial hair walked up to the window and ordered a drink.
When the barista went to make the drink, the suspect hopped through the window and attacked.
“Bikini Baristas” have been a hot topic in the state recently, as many call it exploitative of the women working there while others claim it is their right. Some shops have come under fire for allowing the baristas to wear only lingerie and “pasties.”
