29-year-old Majed Abdulaziz Al-Saud was arrested after an alleged sex crime took place at his sprawling compound near Beverly Hills.

Los Angeles Police were called to the scene after a caretaker reported a disturbance, while a small group was gathered Wednesday at the lavish estate.

One neighbor reported seeing someone bleeding and screaming for help, while trying to climb over an 8- foot wall that surrounds the property. Al-Saud was arrested on suspicion of “forced oral copulation of an adult.”

Al-Saud, a Saudi prince, has reportedly been renting the 22,000 square foot property, currently valued at $37-million.

A resident in the posh, gated community said that the home has been rented out to various foreign nationals in the past year. The biggest disturbance until Wednesday, had been the occasional raucous party, he told the Daily Mail.

Some foreign royalty are eligible for diplomatic immunity, but this prince doesn’t qualify, according to KTLA news.

Al-Saud, who posted bail one day after his arrest, is set to appear in court on October 19th – when he’ll also face charges of battery and false imprisonment.
