A NYPD rookie claims that she was incorrectly identified in nude pictures, which were passed around online among her colleagues.

Cristina Villeda, a 43rd Precinct rookie officer from the Bronx, claims that the photos of a naked woman had nothing to do with her and that she was not the subject of the pictures.

“Whoever is saying this is me is so wrong!” the read the now-deleted Instagram post’s caption.

According to the New York Post, the matter has been referred to as a case of “cyber-bullying,” and while the young officer -who has been on the force less than two years- claims she is unfazed by the scandal, the incident is under review by the NYPD.

Villeda served in the U.S. Marines prior to joining New York’s Finest.
