Broward County continues its trend of being the pariah of Florida law enforcement, this time after Sheriff Gregory Tony and his wife were reportedly photographed participating at a swingers party in Miami.
In the photos, Tony can be seen wearing underwear and posing next to his topless wife, Holly- his participation immortalized by a Miami website that “organizes erotic events.”
Eleven photos reportedly exist, and they don’t reflect well upon an agency that has struggled with public image since their controversial response to the 2018 Parkland shooting.
The pictures in question were taken between 2015 and 2016, and took place at locations in Florida’s sun-soaked city of vice, according to the Daily Mail.

When approached by the British tabloid about the sex parties, Tony referred questions to his attorney, Natalie Kato.
According to Daily Mail, Kato said on Monday morning: “I have no motherf**king comment. I’m not authorized to give any statement.”
A northerner who does not originally hail from Florida, Tony grew up in Philadelphia, and stood accused of killing a man as a teenager. While the incident was ruled self-defense, he never revealed the information when applying for law enforcement.
“There was no crime, no arrest and this was considered a self-defence case, as it should have been,” Tony said, noting he was not required to disclose the information.
One anonymous BCSO deputy noted that Tony was aware of the photos, but did not seem to care due to the fact that the lifestyle party was not illegal in any way.
