Prominent New York City lawyer Sandy Rubenstein was officially cleared of rape following a police investigation released Monday. But one bizarre item emerged during the investigation: Al Sharpton’s Viagra prescription. Citing a police source, the New York Daily News reports that cops found a Viagra prescription in Rubenstein’s apartment during a search. However, the source claims the prescription was not made out to Rubenstein, but to MSNBC host and activist Al Sharpton. “I don’t know anything about that, no, I don’t know anything about that,” Sharpton reportedly said, after what the Daily News characterized as a “speechless second.”

  1. Now isn’t that illegal transfer of a controlled substance? Seems someone needs to be held accountable for this don’t you think????

  2. I thought when you lose weight your suppose to look better. Since Sharpton lost that weight he looks like he is dying. He looks horrible.
