A self-proclaimed Chicago gang member with a lengthy rap sheet has been taunting police officers on TikTok, including attempting to grab the sidearms of NYPD lawmen.
Richard Sharp, AKA “Famous Richard” on TikTok, is brazenly mocking the NYPD on the social media app, claiming he is a member of the Black Disciples.
The NYPD has released safety alerts concerning his attempting to take sidearms from officers, though Sharp seems undeterred.
“Ya’ll not gonna catch me. I don’t know why ya’ll posting this. Ya’ll not catching me,” Sharp said in a new clip posted on his account. “I’m gonna be in Mexico somewhere on King David.”
“King David” is a reference to Black Disciples founder Davis Barksdale.
Sharp, who is unsurprisingly an “aspiring rapper,” has a history of attacking law enforcement and 12 prior convictions on his rap sheet.
“It’s just me by myself on King David. You not cut like that. You is not cut like that. You not built like that,” he said in a new clip posted on Sunday in a language resembling English. “You looking at my finger… Stop acting like you like that.”

In another post, Sharp uses racial slurs to revile an Asian-American officer.
According to the New York Post, NYPD officers have been advised to exercise caution around Sharp.
