An inmate, on trial for biting a corrections officer, had enough of his public defender and decided to take out his frustrations in a physical manner.
Lamont Payne had been swearing and making a scene during much of the trial, which prompted the judge to throw him out of court.
According to AZ Family, as Payne was leaving the courtroom he sucker-punched his attorney Vladimir Gagic.
Gagic suffered a bloody nose and swollen face from the strike.
The judge barred Payne from being in court for the rest of his assault trial.
Gagic is also returning the pain, he filed assault charges against Payne.
