The ex-New Jersey school superintendent who was caught dropping mystery deuces on a high school track field and outed by police is now planning to sue, claiming the police went too far in humiliating him.
42-year-old Thomas Tramaglini pleaded guilty last week after he was caught -and outed- by Holmdel Police for repeatedly defecating under the bleachers at Holmdel High, effectively ending his tenure as the Superintendent of the Kenilworth Public Schools District.
The scorned educator and his attorneys now wishes to sue HPD for over $1 million, claiming that his mugshot was released before he was charged with a criminal offense.
“The Holmdel police department either did it to humiliate him or an inexperienced police officer did not know what he was doing,” stated attorney Matt Adams. “A man’s life was destroyed over this.”
According to the New York Post, Tramaglini has received death threats since the incident.
The ex-superintendent claims he has a medical condition that makes him have an urge to defecate when he jogs, adding that “it’s been getting worse as I’ve gotten older.”
