There has been a lot of speculation over what the motive was for the worst mass shooting in modern American history. It’s been widely reported that Stephen Paddock was a wealthy real estate investor and gambler, but not much else is known about his personal life and motives.
There are also theories that media outlets like CNN and liberal democrats are pushing hard on the gun control as a sort of pre-emptive strike to deflect from the possibility that he targeted likely President Trump supporters and was motivated by the constant negative media coverage of him, as well as the acceptance of groups like Antifa, who justify violence against people who don’t agree with their political views.
