A former Nevada Assemblyman has been arrested again after he started a verbal fight with two people inside a grocery store and threatened the responding officers.
According to Las Vegas Now, Steven Brooks got into an altercation with a man and a woman inside a grocery store over the weekend.
Officers were called in, and after some investigation, they determined that Brooks had been the aggressor and damaged the store.
He refused to sign the citation, which forced officers to then arrest him.
During his arrest, Brooks told one of the officers that he would find him through public record, that he was f***ed, and that he would f*** his wife and daughter.
He was booked into the Clark County Detention Center.
It’s his second arrest in six years after he was involved in a domestic dispute with his estranged wife.
A month later the Nevada Assembly voted to oust the Democrat, the first-ever legislative expulsion in the state’s history.
