Wanting to deter residents of the town of Wyoming from driving, WPD took advantage of a hilariously bad T-Mobile Super Bowl advert featuring Justin Bieber, threatening to force the audible onslaught upon anyone caught driving under the influence after the big game.
“If you drive drunk tonight we’re going to subject you to that Justin Bieber @TMobile Super Bowl Commercial the entire way to jail. #SB51,” the agency tweeted.
@wyomingpd @fussballsusie @TMobile doesn’t that violate cruel and unusual punishment? ?

While it is unknown if anyone was subjected to the proposed torture, one thing is for certain: being subjected to Justin Beiber’s music constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.
After the game, the department issued another warning:
“Scrap the Bieber punishment, if you’re caught drinking and driving we’re going to make you watch Patriots #SB51 gametape. #Brutal”
@wyomingpd @TMobile you win twitter for the night!
