Redding police are searching for a person who vandalized a military memorial by spraypainting it.
Police hope people will recognize the suspect in the video and help them locate the person.
According to the Record Searchlight, the graffiti showed up around Mother’s Day.
The vandal wrote “All Nation Civilization” on both the memorial and nearby wall of the Veteran’s Center.
Center officers are not sure if the saying is in reference to an online video game, or a political statement.
The center says it will cost just under $1,000 to remove the graffiti.
