A New Jersey police chief in Haddon Township is the subject of a lawsuit filed by four officers who claim he sexually harassed and assaulted them.

HTPD Chief Mark Cavallo allegedly was quite overt about his sexual interest in the four officers, blowing kisses at them, exposing himself in person and through text, flicking his tongue at them and even touching them.

The men reportedly complained about the chief’s behavior multiple times with several city and county officials, who dismissed or even put pressure on them for calling out their chief. Some officers even had their “fitness of duty” questioned on the matter, putting their careers in jeopardy.

In addition to the four officers (who are all in their mid-to-late 40s), a fifth officer previously settled with the township over similar complaints- to the tune of $175,000.

According to the Daily Mail, Cavallo -a 34-year veteran of the force- has been the chief since 2009 and is a member of the school board.
