A man was arrested after assaulting an elderly man in a Florida park.
According to the Delray Beach Police Department, the incident happened on Feb. 11, around 1:30 p.m., in Veteran’s Park.
Kenneth Williams, 45, entered the park and jumped into the Intracoastal waterway, according to police.
Not long after, he climbed out of the water without clothes, approached the victim sitting with a woman, and slapped him.
A video recorded by someone aboard a nearby cruise ship, The Lady Atlantic, shows the incident.
Delray Beach police charged Williams with aggravated battery on an elderly person and took him to the county jail.
