A Phoenix Police officer is under investigation after he was reportedly found to be making pornography while on the clock.

Christian “Rico Blaze” Goggins, who has been with the department since 2020, reportedly began making pornography a year prior to swearing in.

“Rico” was outed for allegedly traveling (while on home duty) to and from Las Vegas- producing, starring, and then posting many pornographic videos.

According to AZ Family, while Goggans was working at home and performing investigations, he was required to call in to the Public Information Officer once daily.

It is unknown why he was on home assignment or what specifically he was investigating.

It is likely that Goggins will face severe disciplinary actions, as participating in pornography counts as “anything that discredits the department.”
