New England Patriots owner and billionaire Robert Kraft says he will reject the plea deal he was offered by Florida prosecutors for his role as part of a sex trafficking ring tied to a South Florida massage parlor.

According to CNN, prosecutors offered to drop misdemeanor charges against Kraft and 24 other men for soliciting sex acts from women at the massage day spa if they admitted guilt, paid a fine, and performed community service.

Any admission of guilt would allow NFL commissioner Roger Goodell to punish Kraft for violating the league’s personal conduct policy.

Kraft caught on video going to the day spa twice within a month and paid the workers to perform a sex act on him.

He has denied the charges.

He is set to be arraigned on March 28th but is not expected in court.
