A man in the passenger seat of a car in Louisville, KY pulled a gun on a police officer after claiming he was being harassed.

Officers were responding to a call of an “occupied, suspicious” vehicle when they encountered three people in the reported car.

When asked to exit the vehicle, Elijah Eubanks refused and asked “why are you harassing me, sir?”

After officer Eric Goldshmidt politely explains that they were there on a suspicious vehicle/occupants call, and officer Ian Stuart explained he needed to exit the vehicle, Eubanks opened the door and pointed a gun at Goldshmidt.

Stuart and Goldshmidt then both opened fire on Eubanks, striking him.

Neither officer was injured in the incident and Eubanks is said to be in stable condition at a nearby hospital.
