They say smoking marijuana can make you paranoid. That can literally be the only explanation for what happened to a pair of criminal masterminds who were transporting 20 pounds of pot from Nevada to Bozeman, MT when they called 911 to admit to their crimes.
The 911 call, just released by the Rexburg Police Department, was made by 22-year-old Leland Ayala-Doliente as he and partner 23-years-old Holland Sward were getting high on their own supply and thought they were being followed by undercover police officers, according to East Idaho News.
The whole incident has many in law enforcement grinning as they hear the admission of the two and listen to the cool response by the dispatcher.
The call starts, “Hi, uh, we’re the two dumb asses that got caught trying to bring some stuff through your border and all your cops are just driving around us like a bunch of jack wagons and I’d just like for you guys to end it. If you could help me out with that, we would like to just get on with it.”
Both men had their hands behind their heads when officers arrived, according to police.
Ultimately, both were charged with felony marijuana trafficking.
