The Tulsa Police Department has just released body and dash cam video of the arrest of a man who stole a car with two children inside.
According to KOCO News 5, the vehicle was stolen from a store parking lot in January.
A good Samaritan found the car, followed it, and called the police before she lost track of the stolen car.
A nearby officer was able to locate the car and eventually pull it over.
The two kids in the back were not harmed.
The suspect, identified as Jarrod Gilliam, was arrested and faces multiple charges.
