Portland, Maine, police are reporting one of the easiest cases of drunk driving it’ll ever see after a driver drove their SUV through the police garage and up a set of stairs leading to headquarters.
According to the Portland Police Facebook page, the female driver told officers that she was following her GPS. Somehow, that GPS lead her to the front door of the police department.
Ultimately, the driver drove through the garage, across the pedestrian plaza, and then down the stairs leading to headquarters.
No one was injured and only a small amount of damage was done.
The driver was issued a summons for OVI.
