A harrowing sight for a pair of Willoughby police officers. The Police Department just released body cam video of the officers giving a man multiple doses of Narcan after he overdoses while driving.

The officers had been dispatched there after someone called about a stopped vehicle blocking part of an off-ramp.

The driver, identified as Anthony Sobecki, was slumped over the steering wheel with his foot on the brake when the officers got to the scene.

Immediately one of the officers pulled out his Narcan and gave him two shots.

Sobecki still was not responding despite the shots.

Medics ended up giving Sobecki another eight doses before he regained consciousness.

He did recover at the hospital and was arrested after being released.

He faces multiple charges including OVI.
