Transcripts from interviews conducted with the officers involved in the La Vergne Police Department sexual misconduct scandal have been released.
Former Officer Meagan Hall, who was fired from the department after the investigation, admitted to having sexual relations with multiple members of the police department during her interviews.
Hall was terminated for sexual misconduct with at least seven officers in her department.
Hall admitted to having sex on La Vergne Police Department property as well as sharing nude and explicit photos among co-workers.
But it was not until she was confronted about an alleged threesome with a fellow officer and his wife, that she broke down during the interview.
“Okay, okay. Outside of Larry Holladay and my questions about Sergeant Powell, is there anybody else that you have been involved with?” Hall is asked.
“No. My husband, but,” she says.
“Okay. So, I have multiple reports of you and PMag [Officer Patrick Magliocco], multiple times, your house, a three‐way with his wife,” the interviewer says.
“A three‐way with his wife?” Hall asked.
“Mm‐hmm. That your husband walked in on and got angry about,” the interviewer elaborated.
At this point in the interview, she began to cry and dodged the question. She went on to say she cries when she’s frustrated.
“Why is it that females have a bad rep at this department?” she asked.
“I don’t know. I’m trying to put the pieces of this puzzle together,” the interview explained.
While continuing to dodge the question, she attempted to shift the focus of the interview away from herself.
“Is this what people think of me? Do I have to come back? I don’t‐I don’t want to work in an environment like this if they’re thinking that about me”
