The Santa Ana Police Department has opened an investigation into a video which appears to show a uniformed officer having a sex act performed on him while he sat in his patrol car back in April.
According to OC Weekly, someone on a rooftop filmed the lewd act. The person told the OC Weekly that the officer had just cleared an area of homeless people and parked his vehicle by a wall.
The video appears to show a second person seated in the patrol car begin to perform the sex act on the officer, though the video has been blurred.
A second shorter clip shows the sex act continuing.
The identity of the second person is unknown.
Copies of both videos have been given to the Santa Ana Police Department. It released a statement saying, “Santa Ana Police Department cannot comment on any personnel investigations.”
Department policy prohibits officers from engaging in on-duty sexual activity.
