A road rage incident turned into a stabbing and fatal shooting in a Mississippi Walgreen’s parking lot.
According to Fox 13, a man approached an off-duty Memphis Tennessee police officer at a Redbox after the alleged road rage incident.
The man then took out a knife and stabbed the officer near his neck.
The off-duty officer, who police will not identify, pulled out his gun and shot the man in the chest.

That man who stabbed the officer later died from his gunshot wound.
The officer is in critical condition.
Right now Lake Horne Police are investigating the stabbing and shooting.
