A female officer with the NYPD is being investigated for possible involvement in a NYC street gang, sources report.
The 52nd Precinct officer has reportedly been connected to the “Shooting Boys” gang, which causes all sorts of trouble in The Bronx.
The officer’s name came up following a massive roundup of game members, according to the New York Post.
Nearly a dozen alleged members were indicted Thursday on racketeering, firearms, narcotics and murder charges as part of a local and federal takedown.
The officer’s identity is unknown, and she has not been charged with a crime.
The NYPD have not formally commented on the matter.
