A Lockport man was arrested after he swore at and threw hot coffee at a volunteer member of the fire police who was directing traffic.

New York State Police say the woman was directing vehicles away from a road due to a crash.

According to WIVB, Luis Molina-Roman was trying to go down that road and became so upset he repeatedly swore at the volunteer member and then threw his hot coffee at her.

The coffee did hit the woman, though she was not injured.

Police arrested Molina-Roman and charged him with second-degree obstructing governmental administration and harassment.
