A caretaker from a Florida nursing home was arrested after she allegedly raped a man under her care.
Guettie Belizaire was arrested on Monday in connection to the incident, which took place in December at the Brookshire Assisted Living Facility in Melbourne.
Belizaire reportedly jumped on the elderly man and began raping him before she was found changing back into her clothes by other staff members.
The victim suffers from degenerative disorders and was taken to a hospital for evaluation and DNA collection.
Belizaire denied being in the room with the victim but agreed to take a DNA swab. After both samples were sent in for evaluation, the results confirmed that the caretaker had raped the man.
According to the Daily Mail, Belizaire was suspended and later fired.
