Comedian Libbie Higgins’ satirical post about not turning over her ‘methamphetamines’ for a drug take back program is rapidly going viral – in part because people don’t realize “Carla” is a fictional character created by Higgins.
Video sharing site WorldStarHipHop stole the video and is running it as if it’s a real person, not a caricature, leading to even more views.
The video is absolutely hilarious either way and worth a look.
