A video that is starting to make the rounds on social media takes you on a range of emotion from laughing at the shirtless passenger to feeling pity for the officer involved to finally getting annoyed that these sovereign citizens actually live among us.
Fortunately, the long video has a happy ending, but not before the passenger and driver pull all the typical “we aren’t driving, we are traveling” nonsense, as well as attempting to quote the constitution before threatening to sue the “entire state.”
For some reason the passenger believes that as long as he and the driver didn’t “rob our kill anyone” they can do anything they please.
There’s even a long stretch in the video where the ‘free people’ pray that the officer (who is referred to as a demon) will leave the car. However it appears God was on the side the officers.
Eventually backup arrives and the officer breaks the window to effectuate an arrest as the passenger and driver scream and shout that they “do not consent.”
It seems as though this couple is going to need a refund on their internet law degree to cover court costs.
Wait, did they even consent?
