A New York bouncer was choked out by a 125-pound woman after she mistakenly believed that he smacked her on the buttocks.
The Five1Eight nightclub in Plattsburgh became the site of a melee after Kierah LaGrave put the bouncer in a chokehold and yanked his neck from behind, claiming she had been groped by him.
However, camera footage reveals that her female friend had patted her on the backside, and that the 22-year-old LaGrave had attacked the wrong target by mistake.
According to the New York Post, LaGrave was released by her own recognizance and is expected in court on November 20, where she faces a felony charge of second-degree strangulation.
Video footage of the incident shows that LaGrave left the bouncer on the ground after subduing him, though he was eventually approached by a concerned club-goer.
