A New Jersey school superintendent accused of making it a daily habit to defecate on a rival high school’s track resigned on Thursday- and is planning to sue the Holmdel Township Police Department.

Taking school loyalty to a whole new level (before he was caught and charged with public defecation, lewdness, and littering), 42-year-old Thomas Tramaglini’s reign of terror resulted in the superintendent resigning his Kenilworth position last week, citing that his service had become “too much of a distraction.”

“In recognition of this fact, and in an effort to avoid legal fees and expensive litigation, and in the best interests of all concerned, including the faculty, staff and students of the Kenilworth School District, Dr. Tramaglini has tendered, and the board has accepted, his resignation effective September 30, 2018,” read a notice put out by the district on July 26.

However, Tramaglini isn’t finished- he plans on suing the HTPD for a steep fee in excess of $1 million dollars, with he and attorney Matthew Adams claiming that the former superintendent has suffered from loss of income, harm to his reputation, emotional distress and an invasion of privacy.

“It is our position that the photograph that has been widely disseminated was unlawfully taken and maliciously distributed,” Adams said, referring to his client’s April mugshot.

“Leaks, half-truths and outright falsehoods about a good man with an exceptional record of public service are not a substitute for admissible evidence,” Adams told the Asbury Park Press, who referred to Tramaglini as the “super pooper.”

Tramaglini’s resignation with the Kenilworth School District takes effect in September of this year, cutting him off from his $147,504 salary.

The renegade superintendent was reportedly caught on camera committing the deed, which ultimately was his undoing.

He’s the one that pooped on another school’s track. This man needs a doctor with a BIG pad of paper.
