Police in Waukesha, Wisconsin say it’s one of the wildest incidents they’ve ever seen.
Driving naked in a Ford Ranger pickup truck, police say, the suspect plowed through a fence and rammed two Waukesha Police Department squad cars Tuesday evening.
According to officials, the man flips off the cops, then takes off going 90 miles an hour, leading police on a high-speed chase for about a mile and a half.
“During the initial pursuit, the driver lost control of the pickup, spinning the vehicle to face the wrong side of the road and collided with one of the squad cars again,” according to the Journal Sentinel.
Waukesha police said the man was believed to have been on LSD at the time of the incident and recently involved in a domestic dispute.
The suspect eventually lost control of the vehicle, when he attempted to turn into a vacant parking lot. He hit a concrete barrier, and rolled over totaling the pickup truck.
Shortly after, he was taken into custody, naked. He is reportedly hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries, including broken bones to his face.
The police officers were not injured. And luckily everyone else in the path of the speeding truck avoided injury.
Police later searched the suspect’s home and learned that his girlfriend gave him the drugs and that he punched her when she tried to stop him from leaving the house naked.
