A Pennsylvania man arrested for driving under the influence had additional charges brought against him after he spat on five York County Sheriff’s deputies.
According to Fox 43, Tyler Schlusser was picked up Saturday morning for DUI.
While at Central Booking Schlusser became upset after deputies told him to use an office phone, not his cell phone, to call for a ride home.
He then challenged a deputy to a fight and claimed he was an MMA fighter.
As he was being restrained Schlusser spat on five deputies.
One deputy struck Schlusser in the face and head just so he would release her.
He now faces additional charges including aggravated assault and simple assault
